Eligibility:

Medical Benefits are effective the 1st of the month following 60 days of hire.
If you are a rehire, we will take into account your previous time worked.

Deadline to Enroll:

30 days from your hire Date. If you don't enroll, we will assume you are waiving benefits.

Leaves of Absences

Employees working in Arizona are eligible to receive Sick Pay.
